Career management is the basic tool for investing in employees' knowledge and creating the intellectual and creative capacity necessary for the business to continue its operations. Career management activities undertaken by the human resources department contribute to the motivation of the working person in meeting the need for self-fulfillment while having the ability to identify and develop long-term goals of the management and planning departments.
